CEDE – Centro
de Estudos de Direito Empresarial – is a
Study Center that was founded in 1997 by the lawyers
of our firm. The aiming of CEDE is to promote studies,
conferences and debates about Business Law. One
of the CEDE’s activities is the creation
of a “Boletim” (newsletter), that is
sent to our clients and can also be consulted in
our website. The texts are only in portuguese.
The main objective of this “Boletim” is
to be a vehicle to express the ideas that were
debated at CEDE, inform and instigate debates about
Business Law.
